Parking is free, spectators are super welcome, and we'd love you to bring the whole family along – including your four-legged sidekicks! (Please keep dogs on leads and be mindful that some Superheroes may feel a little nervous around them. Thank you.)

Back by popular demand, Marvel are bringing back their SUPER Marvel Escape Rooms teaming up with Earth's Mightiest Heroes to complete an action-packed mission and unlock their superpowers, be sure to arrive early and book your place.
Celebrate our Superheroes. Join us at the Super Stage at 12 noon for the annual Super Cape of Honour Ceremony, hosted by TV favourite Clare Balding. Together we'll celebrate some truly inspirational Superheroes—come along and make some noise!
Double the wheelchair sports action! Our ever-popular Staysure wheelchair basketball returns, alongside the exciting addition of Fletchers wheelchair rugby. Don't miss the showcase matches at 2.00pm (basketball) and 2.30pm (rugby), where Superheroes and Celebrity Team Captains will battle it out together.
Add some sparkle! Visit our sparkle station, get race-day ready and shine even brighter as you cross the finish line.
Get warmed up! The team from Everyone Active is back with their legendary pre-race warm-ups—the most fun you'll have preparing for your challenge!
Take on the Salutem climbing wall. Channel your inner Spider-Man and see if you can conquer one of our most popular Superhero Village challenges.

New for 2026 - Bupa Super Schools HQ providing a super base for all the super schools joining us!
Watch the Celebrity Superhero Tri. One of the biggest highlights of the day returns at 1.00pm, as our Celebrity Team Captains and their winning Superhero teammates go head-to-head.
Strike your best Superhero pose! Keep an eye out for our roaming Channel 4 film crew—you might even feature in our TV highlights programme.
