Nuts and bolts
Leading up to the event:
We'll remain in regular email contact with our intrepid Superheroes as we speed towards the big day to make sure you have all the info you need. And please do keep an eye on our website and social media for the latest exciting developments!
What to bring:
We'll provide you with your race number at registration on the day, so all you need to bring is:
Your choice of kit and equipment, plus any tools/spares you may need!
Make sure you wrap up nice and warm and bring waterproofs just in case.
Whatever the weather, we hope you’ll be wearing your Superhero costume with plenty of festive sparkle!

Parking: There is plenty of parking for all Superheroes, Sidekicks and spectators. We will try and give priority parking to our Superheroes and those with blue badges. Plus there will be a drop-off point for Superheroes and kit near the hub, so do take advantage of this. Parking attendants will be there to direct you. There will also be a shuttle service between the further car park and the hub.
When to arrive: We ask all Superheroes and course Sidekicks to arrive a good hour before their start time to park up, register, attend a safety briefing and warm up ready for action. Check out our venue page for directions.
Registration: First stop is the registration desk at Mission HQ to sign in and receive your race number and T-shirt. (T-shirts are only for those paying full price entry. Sidekicks assisting Superheroes on the course will be able to buy a memento T-shirt on the day if they wish.)
