1. TEAM RELAY

This is for Superheroes wanting to unite with family and friends to do a tri relay stage each. Perfect for Superheroes who like to roll with a crew. Anyone can enter, as long as at least one person in each team considers themselves to have any type of disability.

Your team can have up to three members taking on a stage each and you’re welcome to bring additional Sidekicks to push, guide or simply accompany you around the course for only £5 each. Just remember to provide all your Sidekick details (i.e. everyone who will be with you on the course or in transition) when you sign up!

The team of (up to) 3 each gets:
- Memento medal
- Super Kit Bag
- Finisher's T-shirt
- The chance to be a Superhero for the day. Priceless.

Additional Sidekicks get:

2. SIDEKICK TRI

Welcome to a world first! For these unique challenges you’ll need a team of two: one trusty Sidekick who will need super strength to tow, push and pull one lucky Superhero around all three tri stages! The fun starts at the swim stage when only the Sidekick will enter the water to tow the Superhero in a vessel of their choosing (e.g. dinghy/canoe/inflatable) before pushing or pulling them around the bike and push/run stages for the ride of their life! Anyone can enter, as long as at least one of the duo considers themselves to have any kind of disability. If the Sidekick would like extra support, you can sign up additional Sidekicks when you book for just £5 each.

The team of 2 each gets:

- The chance to be a Superhero for the day. Priceless.

3. SOLO

This is for a Superhero who wants to see the mission through from start to finish. Boom! That’s a swim, bike and push/run for you tri newbies out there. But ‘flying solo’ doesn’t necessarily mean you have to do it all alone. Every Superhero is welcome to bring one or more trusty Sidekicks to accompany them if they wish for just £5 each. Simply add them to your booking when you register (i.e. everyone who will be with you on the course or in transition).

All you need to enter one of our solo events is to consider yourself to have a disability of any kind. And guts, of course. No classifications are needed for any of our missions.
