Superheroes Race Around the World!
Superheroes and Sidekicks assemble! This is your step-by-step guide to your most SUPER mission yet!
Your mission
As for all ‘At Home’ challenges, you are free to set you own goal, from 100m to 1,000km or more! Or you can set your own Super Sensory goal. The one big difference is, all your efforts will go towards your SUPER team’s round-the-world target of 40,750km, which you can follow on our SUPER Leaderboard and SUPER World Map!
Don’t panic, you’ll be working with hundreds of Superhero and Sidekick teammates towards your SUPER mission!
Who can enter
Everyone who signs up for ‘At Home Winter Wonderwheels’ is invited to be part of our (virtual) race around the world! We’d LOVE each and every one of you to join this epic mission!
How to enter
1. Simply sign up for At Home Winter Wonderwheels here and you will receive an email inviting you to click on a link to enter your name and email. Once this is done, you’re in!
2. We’ll be in touch to let you know which of five SUPER teams you’re in – each with its own Marvel theme and Celebrity Team Captain (find out who you could be teamed up with here!) – and a link to your unique ‘Log your Super Distance’ webpage so you can record your progress during the month-long challenge.
Make sure you keep hold of these emails and bookmark your ‘Log your Super Distance’ page so you’re all set for 5 November!
Once the mission begins!
From 5 Nov to 6 Dec, every time you run, walk, wheel, cycle, swim, skate, etc… towards your ‘At Home’ goal, simply enter the distance you’ve travelled (from 100 metres up) on your ‘Log your Super Distance’ webpage! Your entries will automatically be added to your SUPER team’s total on the Super Leaderboard and Super World Map, which you can access from your unique webpage.
Where better to start and end the virtual race on our Super World Map than Winter Wonderwheels’ Mission HQ – Dorney Lake! The first team around the world and back to Dorney wins the mission!
