10:00am: Mission HQ & registration opens to all!

Please register at least an hour before your start time

11:00am: 1k lakeside dash starts*

11:45-12:15: Rock choir at Mission HQ!

Feel free to join in!

12:30pm: Once round the lake (5km) start* ** incorporating SUPER celebs & competition winners

1:15pm: Twice round the lake (10km) start* **

*For all challenges please go to the start line 15mins before you start for a marvellous warm up with SUPER TED & a SUPER safety briefing with Father Christmas!

**These challenges will set off in 2 waves a few minutes apart, filtering onto separate, parallel paths for safety & maximum fun!

Which path is for you?

Path 1:
For all Superheroes travelling no faster than running or walking speed, whether you are on foot/blade, using race runners or in chairs/bikes/trikes. This path is if you want to roll/run/walk with a crew at this pace.

Path 2:
For Superheroes in racing wheelchairs and all kinds of cycles.

If you have any questions about which wave is best for you, please shout! Sidekick marshalls will be on hand to guide the way at all times.
