We’re on the hunt for an awesome force of everyday Superhero Team Captains to share their oodles of energy on social media during this summer’s At Home Superheroes, to help motivate their team to new Superhero heights!
For extra Superhero points, post your SUPER Team Captain campaign to your chosen social media platform & remember to tag us in your post & use the hashtag #EverydaySuperheroTC. Or you can nominate a Superhero with the hashtag #nominateEDSH.

Who can enter
We welcome all Superheroes to enter our competition! A Superhero is anyone who considers themselves to have a disability of any kind. Or if you know a Superhero who fits the bill, flex your SUPER nomination powers now!
What you will do
Leading up to & during At Home Superheroes:
You’ll flex your SUPER social media powers, posting motivational videos & updates for your team.
Send in clips to feature in our SUPER promo & wrap-up clips, which will be shared across our social media platforms & website.
Connect with & inspire Everyday Superheroes across the world to join you in your mission to have fun!
What you will win
The chance to be in the SUPER spotlight & inspire Superheroes far & wide.
A FREE place at Superhero Tri 2023. You’ll be a VIP guest!
Your very own Superhero avatar created by our resident Superhero artist & a one-off print of your whole family as avatars, as a memento of your SUPER challenge.
You’ll feature as one of our awesome everyday Superheroes on our website & across our social media platforms.
