What is Superhero Series?
It’s big. It’s bold. It’s gutsy. It’s the UK’s one and only disability sports series for the Everyday Superhero! Our mission is simple: to create fun, full-throttle mass-participation sports events where people with disabilities – AKA Everyday Superheroes – call the shots and don’t have to worry about cut-off times or equipment restrictions.
For all our challenges you can either fly solo or team up with family and friends to do as much or as little as you wish, with as much or as little support as you need. If you want flippers or floats in the water or need to use your powerchair, we make it possible. In fact, as far as we’re concerned anything goes!
Our events
We hold four epic annual events and right now thousands of Superheroes and Sidekicks are giving it their all for At Home Winter Wonderwheels, a super flexible, month-long challenge you can achieve from the convenience of your home or neighbourhood! And for this event we cooked up something super special to keep everyone extra motivated… a (virtual) race around the world!! Check out our greatest mission here!
