This straight, smooth course is far enough to give you a great workout but short enough to keep the end in sight. A great choice for anyone looking to try a sporting event for the first time, through to those looking to beat a personal best!
Recommended minimum age: 3 (2 if being pushed).
All participants under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Once Round the Lake (5km)
This spectacular circular route takes in some fantastic views of this iconic stretch of water, which featured so prominently in London 2012. The course gradient is one of the flattest you’ll find in the the UK, so get ready for some super times!

Twice Round the Lake (10km)
You’ve guessed it. This is the same super circular route as our ‘Once Round the Lake’ challenge but, better still, you get to do it twice!
